Who we are looking for
We are looking for a full-time analyst (f/m/d) to support our growing team in Munich. As part of the deal team, you will support the various aspects of M&A transactions and work closely with our clients. Applications are possible all year round and are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Your Responsibilities
As an analyst, you will be an integral part of our deal team. You will support in financial and business analysis, process execution, valuation, deal structuring and the preparation of documents for client, board, and investment committee meetings. We offer you a steep learning curve as well as an exciting and wide range of tasks for a successful start into your career.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business administration or similar
- Interest in investment banking (M&A) with an excellent academic track record
- Ideally relevant work experience in investment banking or adjacent fields (e.g. private equity, deal advisory, or auditing)
- Ability to learn fast and strong analytical skills
- Advanced know-how of MS-Office
- Fluent in German and English
