Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Experienced Associate (f/m/d) to support our growing team in Munich. As a Senior Associate you are able to execute a variety of transaction workstreams and support the continued growth of our client relationships and technology sector expertise.
Your Responsibilities
As a Experienced Associate you are involved in all parts of transaction execution including financial and business analysis, process execution, valuation, deal structuring and the preparation of documents for client, board, and investment committee meetings. You will also start to build and maintain client relationships as well as supervise and mentor junior team members.
Your Profile
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience within investment banking / M&A
- Strong execution capabilities supported by a track-record of closed transactions
- Experience in developing and mentoring Analysts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to take on project leadership
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Prior experience with technology transactions is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
